Tracking Number Format
OnTrac tracking numbers come in several formats. The primary format starts with a single letter ('C' or 'D') followed by 14 digits (e.g., C12345678901234, D10012345678901). An extended format with 15 digits after the leading letter is also common (e.g., D10015874260816). Legacy LaserShip tracking numbers (from the merged LaserShip network) use prefixes such as '1LS', 'LS', 'LX', or 'BN' followed by digits. All formats, totaling 14-16 characters, are accepted on the unified OnTrac tracking page at ontrac.com/tracking.
